Today I had composite veneers/bonding with Kathy and Hazel. What can I say. My teeth look amazing and I couldn’t be any more pleased. Kathy has a real talent in this field preferring to give a very natural look. Added to this there’s a really lovely and relaxed atmosphere in the room so much so I actually fell asleep mid procedure 😂 I highly recommend Kathy as a dentist but especially if your looking for cosmetic dentistry.

I’ve always been embarrassed about my teeth but never really had the money to get them sorted. Now I’m a little older, I decided another holiday wouldn’t give me as much pleasure as getting this work done. Although going to the dentist doesn’t worry me like it does some, I knew it was a major undertaking and didn’t start this journey lightly. The staff are amazing and so kind and friendly. Usman listened to me and understood what I wanted to achieve, whilst explaining limitations and managing my expectations. It’s taken about 8 months from start to finish, but I’m over the moon with the results. I didn’t want to look like I’d got fake teeth, I just wanted to look like I’d be blessed with good natural teeth. I absolutely love the result. I can’t recommend Snape Hill Dental enough.

I cannot praise Ellen enough not only as a Dentist, but as a practitioner who is inclusive, compassionate and knowledgeable towards neurodivergent patients and their associated challenges in oral hygiene and the chronic anxiety this causes. Ellen literally saved my daughter’s teeth and continues to support and coach us to protect her oral health in spite of her challenges. I was about to leave the practice after receiving terrible service when the practice was taken over, but Ellen has turned everything around. At my recent scheduled six monthly check I mentioned a concern I had with a very small blister on my lower jaw gum. This was quickly investigated and an X-ray was also taken. It was confirmed as localised periodontitis in a lower left central incisor. A thorough check, clean and polish of all other teeth was undertaken. I was advised to have further three monthly checks done by a hygienist to check, clean and monitor the condition, in addition to continued six monthly check and polish sessions. This careful and in depth examination, at what I assumed would be routine, has re-assured me of the caring and professional service given to me, and has further reinforced my full confidence in this dental practice and its staff.

Joined Snape Hill Dental Studio when we moved to Dronfield some seven years ago. Having previously had an awful experience and outcomes with our NHS dentist in Clay Cross we decided to go private. Head Receptionist Dee is brilliant and I have had excellent dental care from Kathy and Sharron. Both my wife and myself use Snape Hill and couldn’t recommend them enough. Emergency treatment was superb. Options for pain and infection solution discussed. Two extractions of broken infected teeth not straight forward but done efficiently with no pain during or after numbness wore off! No need for pain killers. Brilliant experience has to be100 out of 100. Many thanks.

I am lucky that although I am getting on in years I need very little remedial work, thanks to the very thorough and professional attention I get at my six monthly check ups. The practice is well run and appointments are always on time with very short waiting room times. I have been able to retain the same dentist over many years and this, I feel, helps to maintain a good relationship with a person who is very aware of my dental status and needs. I am very happy with this practice and its staff members.

Having just moved to the area, I was on the search for a new dentist. I’ve now had my initial consultation and a hygienist visit, and I have to say, the service is impeccable. From the receptionist, dental nurse and the dentist himself all giving a first class service and the procedures themselves being virtually pain free. Both myself and husband have signed up to their dental plan and am happy to say, will be clients for life.
