Reception, Dentist and Hygienist for me today! So - had contact with Dee on reception who is always incredibly friendly and very helpful. Jill - the dentist and Hazel assisting - both, delightful - make it a calm and pleasant experience and are very thorough, offering a great deal of information relating to the treatment you are receiving, (including a full health check of the mouth before moving onto the teeth) - plus any future treatment you may require. Sharon - the hygienist, is always informative and encouraging with regard to cleaning and Caring for your teeth! A great experience at the dentist! Thanks.

Today I had veneers on 4 discoloured and damaged teeth. The result is so much better than before. The care given by Katherine and Hazel was really good the entire appointment. Today I had composite veneers/bonding with Kathy and Hazel. What can I say. My teeth look amazing and I couldn’t be any more pleased. Kathy has a real talent in this field preferring to give a very natural look. Added to this there’s a really lovely and relaxed atmosphere in the room so much so I actually fell asleep mid procedure 😂 I highly recommend Kathy as a dentist but especially if your looking for cosmetic dentistry.

I’ve always been embarrassed about my teeth but never really had the money to get them sorted. Now I’m a little older, I decided another holiday wouldn’t give me as much pleasure as getting this work done. Although going to the dentist doesn’t worry me like it does some, I knew it was a major undertaking and didn’t start this journey lightly. The staff are amazing and so kind and friendly. Usman listened to me and understood what I wanted to achieve, whilst explaining limitations and managing my expectations. It’s taken about 8 months from start to finish, but I’m over the moon with the results. I didn’t want to look like I’d got fake teeth, I just wanted to look like I’d be blessed with good natural teeth. I absolutely love the result. I can’t recommend Snape Hill Dental enough.

A exceptional dental studio, Kathy and Hazel always make me feel at ease, fully explain what is happening at every step, they always go above and beyond with there care.Kathy and Hazel are fantastic with my autistic daughter there Kind calm nature ensures my daughter can cope with attending a dentist, I carnt thank them enough. Having been a patient for many years with regular routine appointments I recently had to receive treatment for an unexpected painful wisdom tooth that had created an infection. I was so grateful for the speedy and effective emergency treatment that Kathy and Hazel were able to administer to relieve the immediate symptoms. The most friendly dental studio. Reception staff are always welcoming and staff remember your name and family members which adds to this - particularly Dee. Kathy has been my dentist since being a child and is fantastic. I briefly went to another dentist but came back here due to the level of service being much better! Hazel and Kathy make a great team and always make the experience as pleasant as possible. The plans they offer are good value and make the experience easier too.

I cannot praise Ellen enough not only as a Dentist, but as a practitioner who is inclusive, compassionate and knowledgeable towards neurodivergent patients and their associated challenges in oral hygiene and the chronic anxiety this causes. Ellen literally saved my daughter’s teeth and continues to support and coach us to protect her oral health in spite of her challenges. I was about to leave the practice after receiving terrible service when the practice was taken over, but Ellen has turned everything around. I hope she never leaves and is her efforts are much appreciated 😊

I had 2 appointments my first appointment was with Sharon the hygienist who is always happy, friendly yet professional, she always explains everything and provides advice or tips to improve my dental care/ routine . Second appointment was with Ellen , I have always been a nervous patient , Ellen is so nice she puts me at ease , she explains everything to me in a very positive , professional yet friendly way . The reception staff are lovely Dee always has a smile and she knows all the patients , I feel very lucky to be able to remain a patient at this practise.

At my recent scheduled six monthly check I mentioned a concern I had with a very small blister on my lower jaw gum. This was quickly investigated and an X-ray was also taken. It was confirmed as localised periodontitis in a lower left central incisor. A thorough check, clean and polish of all other teeth was undertaken. I was advised to have further three monthly checks done by a hygienist to check, clean and monitor the condition, in addition to continued six monthly check and polish sessions. This careful and in depth examination, at what I assumed would be routine, has re-assured me of the caring and professional service given to me, and has further reinforced my full confidence in this dental practice and its staff.

Joined Snape Hill Dental Studio when we moved to Dronfield some seven years ago. Having previously had an awful experience and outcomes with our NHS dentist in Clay Cross we decided to go private. Head Receptionist Dee is brilliant and I have had excellent dental care from Kathy and Sharron. Both my wife and myself use Snape Hill and couldn’t recommend them enough. Very reasonable price plan as well for the quality of the care given. Thank you.

Emergency treatment was superb. Options for pain and infection solution discussed. Two extractions of broken infected teeth not straight forward but done efficiently with no pain during or after numbness wore off! No need for pain killers. Brilliant experience has to be100 out of 100. Many thanks.

I am lucky that although I am getting on in years I need very little remedial work, thanks to the very thorough and professional attention I get at my six monthly check ups. The practice is well run and appointments are always on time with very short waiting room times. I have been able to retain the same dentist over many years and this, I feel, helps to maintain a good relationship with a person who is very aware of my dental status and needs. I am very happy with this practice and its staff members.

Having just moved to the area, I was on the search for a new dentist. I’ve now had my initial consultation and a hygienist visit, and I have to say, the service is impeccable. From the receptionist, dental nurse and the dentist himself all giving a first class service and the procedures themselves being virtually pain free. Both myself and husband have signed up to their dental plan and am happy to say, will be clients for life.
